We are pleased to offer more CONVENIENT care when YOU NEED IT. In addition to our usual office hours 8am – 4:30 pm, we now offer:

WALK-IN OFFICE VISITS BETWEEN 7:30AM AND 9:00AM Monday through Friday at BOTH our BROADLANDS AND BRAMBLETON OFFICES. These visits will be on a first-come first-serve basis for URGENT/ACUTE care only. No appointment is necessary for these visits but this service is only available to existing patients.

SATURDAY morning urgent /acute care by appointment 8AM-12PM at our BRAMBLETON OFFICE.  We look forward to taking care of you!

Fairfax Family Practice Centers is pleased to announce a new patient portal, called Follow My Health. Follow My Health will go live on Tuesday, December 2nd.
In the near future, you will receive an invitation from FollowMyHealth with a registration link.

On Friday, November 28th, our current MedFusion / Intuit patient portal will be turned off and will no longer be available.
Please look for your invite to Follow My Health in the coming weeks.
